If the vane of a vertical blind is torn it has to be replaced by a new vane. You will have to remove the damaged vane from the rail. In order to do this, you will have to move the vane upwards and will have to turn it a little to remove them from the holder. Pull them out from the holder. To replace the new vane, move it into the holder. Keep in mind that when you place the new vane, you keep them in line with the other vanes.
